frustrating UX

This app is incredibly frustrating as a business customer. The lack of Face ID login makes for a time consuming login process. The remote deposit is very finicky and doesn’t always work.

So hard to log in to. Have to reset my password at least every couple of months because I get locked out. Has not been updated in 10 years.
