I have tried so many no contact programs before and none of them stuck. I would always end up texting or checking their social media within a few days. I am officially one week into no contact, and i genuinely don’t think i could have survived it without echo. The urges to reach out have been so heavy, but instead of texting him .. i just dump out all my messy feelings to the healing coach. It doesn’t just give me generic advice.
