Fixed the calculation of the quality for sunrise / sunset to make sure it works correctly using time zones etc.

I've added a prediction for the quality of the sunrise and sunset for the current camera location for today. The prediction is dependent on the current heading of the camera, which means it will change if you change the direction of the shot. In addition you are now also able to get a little info window showing the milky way core position for the given camera location at a selected date. And if you are interested in the current moon phase at the camera location you can now also see that in an overlay.

Now you can set up to two teleconverter and you will see the effect on the field of view and aperture.

I've added an elevation view, that enables you to check if your view to the subject might be blocked by some terrain in between. You need to be connected to the internet and within 4000m to the subject to use this feature.

This version only contains a bugfix related to the ephemeris overlay, where the hours of the day have not been rotated correctly.

Minor adjustments in the user interface. You now will find a help button in the lower left corner which will show the functionality of the buttons. In addition I've fixed the ephemeris overlay (sunrise, sunset, etc.) for all devices, esp. on iPads it wasn't correct before. Also made sure that the visibility of the current field of view is better by using thicker lines for the actual field of view.

I've added the ability to visualize the blue hour, golden hour, current sun and moon position for the current map location. You can also set the date and time for the calculation of the overlay in a separate date time picker. On the same screen where you select the date and time, you can find a list of the different values, like blue hour, golden hour, sunrise, sunset etc.
