More accurate shot placement: REGISTER now waits for a GPS fix that actually clears an accuracy bar instead of occasionally logging your position hundreds of metres off. You'll see a brief "Locating…" on the button while it settles. Wind direction now shows as an arrow next to every wind reading — Stats, the manual-round wind grid, and the Driving card — so you can read into/downwind at a glance instead of parsing text. Also fixed: the Driving card's "N measured" count no longer includes drives that were penalized, since those never had a real landing spot to map.

Round Review's aim-target bar gets an override: when the app guesses the wrong shot as your approach, pick the right one yourself from a small picker next to "Approach target." Shot numbers across the map, shot strip, club picker, and this picker now always agree, including after a penalty stroke — they used to fall out of sync by one after an OB or hazard drop. Fewer surprises after an OB shot: the recovery no longer draws a duplicate, overlapping pin on the map, and the club it suggests is based on where you actually played from, not the shot that went out of bounds. Club tagging is faster — the club picker now shows only the clubs actually in your bag (plus the putter), instead of the full catalogue. On the Driving card, the proximity rows now show percentages at 15 and 30 yards plus a new "Outside 30" row, and "Avg. miss" is now labelled "Bias" for clarity. Stats now reads your complete shot history. Players with a long history could see Strokes Gained and other stats calculated from an incomplete data set — a response-size limit was silently dropping the tail end of large histories. Fixed. Coach sharing stays current: renaming a round, changing a club or aim target, or any other edit you make in Round Review now reliably reaches your coach's dashboard. Also fixed: long course names no longer overflow under the header icons, and text no longer clips at the largest accessibility text size on several screens.

Stats got a big upgrade. New Scoring and Putting cards show your average to par by hole type, how your holes split into birdies, pars and bogeys, birdie conversion, putts per hole, 1-putt and 3-putt rates, and how far your first putt usually starts. Around the Green now shows your up-and-down rate by lie, and the Driving card shows where your drives finish and your longest drive of the period. The SG Trend card now draws a real trend line through your rounds and tells you how much your game is moving per round, instead of comparing only your last two. Three new goals — putts per hole, 3-putt % and birdie conversion — with the PGA Tour's own range under each so you can pick a target that means something. Set them from the Goals screen; the matching stats colour against them. Easier to find your way around. Short one-time tips now appear the first time you reach something worth knowing: how a GPS round works, that you can press and hold a pin on the review map to drag it, where the menu lives, and how clubs, aim targets, wind and putt break work when you switch them on. Finishing a round now lands on your result instead of hole 1, the review screen has a Help button in its header, and your benchmark is shown under the Strokes Gained cards with a one-tap way to change it — new players pick theirs on first launch. Each shot-detail toggle in Settings links to its guide section. Faster shot registration on iPhone. The GPS warm-up that keeps a fresh position ready before you tap REGISTER had stopped working on iOS. It's back, so most shots register instantly again. More reliable saving. A shot or hole that fails to save — for example on a lost connection — now tells you straight away instead of quietly dropping, and a round whose final save didn't go through opens straight into its review instead of getting stuck on hole 1. Coach sharing keeps up with every change: renaming a round, switching your benchmark, or clearing club and target tags now reaches your coach's dashboard too. Under the hood, AcuoGolf runs on the latest Expo and React Native runtime with a faster JavaScript engine, so the app starts quicker and future updates download smaller. The post-round map picked up the newest Google Maps components on both platforms. Also fixed: the date picker on the New Round screen was unreadable in dark mode on iOS.

Your coach can now open a shot-by-shot review of your rounds — the same map you see in Round Review, on their own dashboard. Sharing is still opt-in per coach and can be revoked any time; the consent screen now spells out exactly what they'll see. The Driving card now shows how many drives ended in a penalty or left you without a shot at the green, plus how close your drives finish to the target you set. Approach and Around-the- Green bands show their penalty count too, so a costly band is no longer a mystery. Starting a round now asks for your location up front and, if it's off or unavailable, tells you why and points you straight at name search — no more empty "No courses found near you." Wind tracking and putt break now have their own Help guide sections, and a one-time introduction if you haven't tried them. The New Round wind picker collapses to a short summary once your reading is filled in. GPS registration no longer stops a round: if a fresh fix isn't available the instant you tap REGISTER, the app falls back to the most recent reading instead of asking you to tap again. Also fixed on iOS, where the app could stop receiving GPS updates while you stood still.

Your coach can now send you tournament rounds to play — accept the invite and your round card shows up with the course, holes, and par already set. Your scores post to their live leaderboard as you complete each hole, whether you play GPS or manual. If your coach is on Acuo Athletes, sharing your rounds with them can also make AcuoGolf ad-free for you — no purchase needed on your end, and no ads for as long as the coverage lasts. Wind and putt break are here for players who want the extra detail. Turn on wind tracking in Settings and AcuoGolf pulls the current reading for your round automatically; turn on putt break to log slope and break on any putt. Both show up as new Stats cards and factor into your Strokes Gained. Playing a course with multiple loops? The course picker now groups them together instead of listing each one separately — pick them in the order you'll play, whether that's a single nine, a full 18 across two loops, or all 27. Par autofills across every hole you pick, not just the first nine. Short courses are covered too: a pay-and-play loop of any length can now start a round just like any other course.

REGISTER is faster than ever. Shot capture now resolves in a fraction of a second, even if you tap while you're still walking up to the ball — no more occasional multi-second waits for a GPS fix. Inviting your coach now asks for your name first, so a request from an anonymous email address (common with Sign in with Apple's Hide My Email) always tells your coach who's asking to share. Plus a batch of accuracy fixes from an internal audit: Around-the-Green proximity now shows correctly in feet for imperial users, a hole's shot count and Strokes Gained can no longer drift out of sync when re-visiting an in-progress hole, new sign-ups no longer have their device language overridden back to English, and a handful of other edge cases in stats and coach-sharing.

Aim your shots, not just record them. GPS rounds can now show exactly where you were aiming on your tee shot and your approach, then track how close you actually finished — turn it on from Settings, or accept the one-time prompt if it looks like it would help your game. A new Driving card shows your miss tendency (left, hit, or right) and how far off-line your drives land on average. Approach shots now also show your average proximity to the actual target, not just the hole. Track your bag: set up your clubs in the new My Bag screen, then tag which club you hit on any shot — right in Round Review, or live as you register a manual round. New Stats cards show your typical distance and Strokes Gained per club, off the tee and around the course. Your rounds list now shows at a glance whether a round's targets and clubs are fully tagged, with one tap to clear them in bulk if you want a clean slate. Plus more reliable GPS accuracy while you're standing over the ball, and a smoother manual-round registration screen that no longer crowds the distance field off-screen when the keyboard is up.

Pick your course instead of typing it every time — search nearby courses or browse by name, and AcuoGolf links your round to real course data. Can't find your course? Manual entry is still right there, with equal billing, no extra taps. Hole pars now fill themselves in from course data and other golfers' rounds, so most rounds need little to no manual par entry. You can always correct a hole's par yourself — your edit always wins. Playing 9 holes? Choose Front 9, Back 9, or All 18 up front, and your holes are numbered correctly either way. Give your rounds a name — a round's title is now separate from its course, so you can call today's round whatever you like without losing your course history. Plus keyboard and layout fixes on the New Round screen.
