Every frame now renders the right way up, in full 1080p HD, exactly the way you see it in the preview. • Under the hood: rewrote how the on-device renderer hands frames to Apple's video pipeline so positioning, face-aware framing, and burned-in captions all line up correctly on the first try. • Everything else from 2.0 is unchanged: describe-the-vibe AI scene planning, smart pacing, mood-driven transitions, title cards, and per-scene captions baked into the file.

Quick fix release. • Fixed a crash that could happen right after picking photos and tapping Generate. The app now reliably moves into the preview screen every time. • Made the on-device video renderer load more defensively, so even in the rare case it isn't available you'll see a clear message instead of the app closing. 2.0 is the export update — your videos now actually save to Photos in HD, rendered fully on-device. Plus six big upgrades to how the AI builds them. WHAT'S NEW • Real on-device HD export. Tap Export and a 1080p MP4 saves straight to your Photos library. No cloud, no upload, no waiting in a queue. Built on Apple's own AVFoundation video pipeline so it stays private and works offline. • Face-aware framing. Vertical reels used to chop heads off when a landscape photo got cropped to 9:16. Now ApnaDirector finds the largest face in each photo and shifts the frame so people stay in shot, slightly above center for a natural cinematic feel. • Smarter scene pacing. Your opening shot now breathes a beat longer to pull viewers in, and your closing shot holds for a moment instead of cutting off — the way professional editors actually pace a montage. • Pan and zoom variety. Instead of every photo getting the same slow zoom, the director now mixes zoom-in, zoom-out, slow pans across landscape shots, and gentle vertical drifts on portrait shots. Each scene feels distinct. • Mood-driven transitions. Tell the director "energetic birthday reel" and you'll get punchy dip-to-black cuts at 250ms. Ask for a "soft romantic anniversary" and you'll get long 700ms slow crossfades. The transition style now matches the mood, automatically. • Title cards. Every video opens with a 2-second title card showing your project name in heavy white type, then crossfades into your first photo for a polished, branded opening. • Burned-in captions. Per-scene caption text now renders directly into the video at the bottom of each frame, so your captions travel with the export — no more re-typing them when you upload. WHAT'S COMING NEXT?
