eInspectionPlus - Standard will help you perform equipment check in, check out and inspection activities whenever an equipment moves in or out of the yard. The user can take pictures of the equipment, add comments / annotations to the pictures, and save the same along with the pictures. The user can accept digital (on-screen) signatures of customer, transporter etc. at the end of the check-in/out or inspection.
This application will create a Check-in, Check-out, or Inspection report as appropriate, after the user finishes the corresponding activity using the app.
The annotated pictures of the equipment and the digital signatures will be attached to this report and emailed out to the appropriate stakeholders. The reports will also be uploaded to the e-Emphasys ERP.
