WHAT CAREERMYND DOES
• Pipeline tracking. Applied, Screen, Interview, Offer, Decision. Color-coded status pills, search, status filters, and a "What's pressing today" banner that surfaces follow-ups due, interviews tomorrow, and offers awaiting your reply.
• Companies view. Group your applications by company. Card grid with a stable color logo per company, role count, most recent status, and last contact. Drill into a company to see every role you have applied to there.
• Insights dashboard. Funnel chart of your pipeline, response rate, time-in-stage averages, and (Pro) a weekly trend line, source effectiveness breakdown, active-vs-closed comparison, and historical filters.
• AI follow-up emails. Tone picker (Polite, Direct, Warm, Reserved) and context picker (Just applied, No response, Pre-interview thank-you, Post-interview thank-you, Offer-pending nudge). Gemini drafts a subject and body referencing your job description and your resume. Edit, copy, or save as a draft.
• AI interview prep. Given the job description and your resume, Gemini generates 8 to 12 likely questions with model-answer scaffolds tailored to your actual experience.
• AI negotiation talking points (Pro). When the offer comes in, Gemini generates a structured primer: market context, levers, suggested asks, phrasing examples, walk-away considerations. Carries verbatim disclaimers — these are talking points, not personalized advice.
• Native on every Apple device. One app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Same data, same pipeline, no extra cost. The first job-tracker that treats the Mac as a first-class citizen because job applications get filed on a real keyboard.
• iCloud private sync. Your applications, resumes, and AI drafts sync through your own iCloud using a private CloudKit database. Pearlcity LLC has no access to your data and Apple encrypts CloudKit at rest. No accounts to make. No data leaves your iCloud.
• CSV export (Pro). One-tap export to a CSV file you can open in Excel, Sheets, or Numbers.
PRIVACY
CareerMynd has no server backend, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no third-party tracking. Your applications live on your device and in your own private iCloud database. AI calls send only the job description, your resume text, and your preferences to Google Gemini for the duration of the call. The disclosure screen explains exactly what is sent and what is not, before you ever run an AI feature. You can revoke AI access in Settings.

CareerMynd is free for the first 5 active applications, 3 AI follow-up emails, and 1 AI interview prep. Active means not declined, withdrawn, or accepted — closing an application frees up a slot. Upgrade to CareerMynd Pro for unlimited applications, unlimited AI follow-ups, unlimited interview prep, AI negotiation talking points, multiple pipelines, and CSV export. $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage in Settings, Subscription.
