Tripshepherd is the operations app for tour guides and small tour businesses. Replace your clipboard, your group chats, and your spreadsheets — and run every tour from your phone.
— BUILT FOR WORKING GUIDES —
Tripshepherd was built alongside active guides on rivers, lakes, and trails. It works on slow connections, in the cold, with gloves on. It handles the real edge cases — late guests, weather calls, coverage requests, last-minute swaps — without breaking your day.
— EVERYTHING YOU NEED, ONE APP —
TODAY
A clear picture of every tour you're running today: guests, meet points, waivers, and what still needs your attention. Open the app and know exactly what's next.
SCHEDULE
Manage bookings, capacity, and blackouts in one calendar. See your week at a glance. Block out the days you can't run.
LIVE TRACKING
Share your location with guests automatically once your tour starts. No more "where are you?" calls at the dock. Tracking ends the moment the tour does.
DIGITAL WAIVERS
Guests sign before they arrive. Signatures are stored securely, searchable, and ready when you need them. No clipboard. No paper. No lost signatures.
MESSAGING
Every conversation organized by tour, not buried in a generic inbox. Reply fast, send meet-point updates, and keep your guests informed without losing the thread.
TEAM COVERAGE
Can't run a tour? Request coverage and confirm a backup guide in minutes — without combing through group chats or making phone calls you don't have time for.
CERTIFICATIONS & DOCUMENTS
Keep your tour products, guide agreements, and credentials in one place. Always current, always accessible.
