I enjoyed the BlinkDrama, but it was becoming to be a financial burden. You know how hard it is to cancel some of the subscriptions when they don’t show up in your settings. I have to admit I found the information for BlinkDrama, wrote them an email, and they took care my cancellation going forward. I hope to join it again because there were some good shows. But I wanted to write this because other subscriptions are so difficult to cancel that I may end up having to buy one of those programs. Happy viewing.

I like scifi and fantasy dramas and I don't expect a lot from vertical short form drama apps but I don't expect a coherent story and plot development that doesn't insult my intelligence.In ep. 66 of "My S-Ranked Prisoner is Obsessed with Me", the female lead Phoebe and her young son are assaulted by a rich woman and her son at an elite private school. Suddenly the SWAT team shows up led by her husband Alton and her brother in law, who declares to the school principal that the whole school has just been bought and she is fired. First of all, where did Alton get this money from? He is just a security guard at a prison. The whole scene was ridiculous.Another scifi/fantasy drama is "My Online Alien Merfolk is Real!" The strory unfolder at a good pace and was interesting until ep. 27 when suddenly the editors went on strike and AI had to manage everything. Then it turned in a bad RPG game running on a computer that is crashing/freezing. The characters stopped forming complete sentences and sentences had no clear logical connection to ech other. It was basically AI slop. My weekly membership was $13 and cor that much I could have at least watched a decent movie at the movie theater.

Excellent response to email cancellation

Normally I don’t leave reviews for apps, but this company surpassed my expectations. With previous drama apps, it’s been impossible to cancel and I’ve lost several hundred dollars. This time I took screenshots of everything so that I could prove pricing, etc., in case I needed to challenge unauthorized charges. For some reason this subscription didn’t show on my Apple list of subscriptions. Immediately I reviewed Blink’s FAQ. Okay, there is an email to write for canceling. I was sure it wouldn’t work. But with an hour at most, I had a return email and that my subscription had been cancelled! If they had a broader offering, not all revenge dramas, etc., I would have continued. Thats why there is 4 stars not 5.

I paid for a subscription so I could finish one of the movies I was watching. When it was time to cancel the subscription I was unable to do so. Reached out to customer service through the email provided and received a quick response and they canceled my subscription. I will definitely be back in the future!
