研记是一款专为课题组设计的轻量协作 App，只包含教师和学生两类角色。
导师可以同时管理多名学生，发布科研任务、查看进展反馈，并围绕任务持续沟通。学生可以在自己的任务卡片中提交完成进度、说明阻塞点和同步下一步计划。
App 还支持按学生记录论文、专利或项目成果的投稿阶段，包括草稿、导师修改、已投稿、审稿中、大小修、接收、拒稿和发表等状态。教师与学生可以在每条成果记录中留言，减少投稿信息散落在聊天软件里的情况。
课题组日常事务也可以进入杂事清单，例如组会准备、服务器清理、资料整理、报销提醒和迎新安排。每个事项都能指定负责人、截止日期和检查项，方便小事有人跟、进度看得见。
支持通过同一后端进行跨设备同步。教师和学生可以用长期邀请码进入同一课题组线程，多个导师可同时管理任务、成果和杂事，不包含广告或追踪。
