Executive OS: Decision Journal

Private AI Chief of Staff

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Judgment you can measure. Every call scored against what actually happened. Encrypted on device, biometric-bound, no cloud. Monthly, yearly or lifetime. Executive OS is a private AI Chief of Staff that runs sealed inside your phone. No cloud. No analytics. No remote backend. Every founder, CEO, and high-net-worth operator faces the same cognitive load: too many decisions, too little structured reasoning, too much data leaking into other people's servers. Executive OS solves this by putting your private operating system on a single device, encrypted with AES-GCM 256, sealed by your biometric. CHOOSE YOUR TERM Monthly $19.99 · Yearly $49.99 · Lifetime $99.99 one-time. Everyone who purchased Executive OS while it was a paid app keeps permanent access at no cost — forever. A FOUNDER SERIES, NUMBERED The first one thousand activations are issued sequential serial numbers. DAILY AI EXECUTIVE BRIEFING A private Chief of Staff distills your priorities each morning. Listen in a luxury synthesized voice. WEALTH OPERATING SYSTEM Track net worth across real estate, cash, investments, equity, vehicles — in six currencies. AI Wealth Analyst flags concentration and liquidity gaps. CALIBRATION — JUDGMENT YOU CAN MEASURE State your own confidence on every call. Months later, record what actually happened. Executive OS scores you with a Brier score, plots your calibration curve, and splits it by domain — so you learn where your judgment holds and where it does not. Before you commit to a number, it shows you what happened the last times you felt exactly this certain. EXECUTIVE SEARCH One field across every decision, task, retrospective, holding and playbook. Entirely on device. Vault secrets are never indexed. DECISION ENGINE WITH COACH MODE Strategic questions answered with structured reasoning, risk-reward framing, confidence scoring. Coach Mode runs a Socratic interview before you act. Fifteen pre-built decision archetypes. CEO PLAYBOOKS Thirteen hand-written essays — first 100 days, M&A negotiation, down round, firing senior leader, board management, founder burnout, calibration, Series B prep, PR crisis. WEEKLY RETROSPECTIVE Friday evening five-question ritual. Compounds into year-end calibration. SECURE VAULT Credentials, API keys, contracts. AES-GCM 256. Screenshot detection. Time-locked entries. FOUNDER TOOLS Cap table, runway with default-alive check, OKR tracker, 1:1 prep, board prep, AI investor updates. VOICE JOURNAL & DOCUMENT OCR Record voice memos, on-device speech recognition, photo OCR into the vault. On-device Apple Intelligence summarization — no API key needed. STANDBY MODE DASHBOARD Bedside night display with today's aphorism and tomorrow's first priority. INTERACTIVE LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS Tap to record a decision from the lock screen. YEAR-END EXECUTIVE REPORT Book-format typeset PDF every December: net worth, allocation, decision calibration, AI commentary. PARANOIA-GRADE SECURITY Biometric-bound master key. Self-destruct. Dead-man's switch. Decoy profiles. Tamper-evident audit log. Excluded from iCloud. PRIVATE BY ENGINEERING We collect zero data. Anthropic integration runs against your own API key. On-device Apple Intelligence needs no key at all. For the cognitive demands of leadership. TERMS Executive OS Pro — monthly ($19.99), yearly ($49.99), or lifetime ($99.99, one-time). 1.1.0 — Judgment you can measure. CALIBRATION State your own confidence on every decision, then record what actually happened. Executive OS scores you with a Brier score, plots your calibration curve against perfect calibration, and breaks it down by domain — people, capital, strategy, commercial, wealth, personal. Before you commit to a number, it shows you what happened the last times you felt exactly this certain. Book a review date on any decision and get one reminder on the day. Open loops surface on your home screen and in a new Judgment widget. EXECUTIVE SEARCH One field across every decision, task, retrospective, holding and playbook. Entirely on device. Vault secrets are never indexed. ON-DEVICE DECISION ANALYSIS The Decision Engine now reasons with Apple Intelligence on your device — no API key, no network. Falls back to the built-in framework where unavailable, and always tells you which produced the analysis. FIXES • Net worth now converts across currencies instead of adding them together. Concentration, liquidity and the Wealth and Risk scores were all affected. • Scores show "—" instead of inventing a number when there is nothing to measure. • A record that cannot be decrypted is reported, not silently replaced with sample data. • The Founder Series number no longer changes between the app and its widgets. • Widgets now read live data from the app. • All 501 aphorisms are now reachable; 135 of them never appeared before. • Streak freeze days refill annually, and travelling west no longer resets your streak. • Backup import rejects malformed entry names.
