Every completed area is organized by property, date, and service category, making it easy to confirm exactly what was cleaned, when it was completed, and what proof was submitted. The client portal also includes a full report history, allowing users to go back in time and view any previous videos or photos whenever they need them. Whether it is last night, last week, or a past service date, all reports stay organized and easy to access. Clients can also review special projects separately from the regular nightly checklist, giving them a clear view of one-time jobs, extra services, or project-specific work. If something does not look up to standard, clients can leave comments directly on the video or report in question, keeping communication clear, documented, and tied to the exact issue. Overall, the app creates a higher level of transparency, accountability, and trust between Titan Solutions and its clients by turning every completed job into a clear, reviewable digital report.
