Scheduled medications, better backups, round-trip CSV and more accurate reports. • Medications given on a schedule, such as injections every 28 days, can repeat every number of days you choose, with optional reminders a week before, three days before and on the day. The medication form now records drug class, route (oral, injection, infusion, nasal or patch) and any unit. • Restoring a backup now brings back every medication detail. • A CSV exported from the app imports again with its medications intact, and imports read dates in the day and month order your file uses. • Preventive injections and infusions, including Botox, follow their own schedule instead of a daily one. Adherence counts a dose as missed only once it is overdue. • The doctor one-page snapshot always fits on one page. It lists rescue medications first and gives a count of the rest. • The renewal report counts only days with diary entries, and Migraine Mode lists rescue medications only. • Improved Portuguese (Portugal) and other translations, dates with two-digit days and months, and weeks that start on Monday where that is the local custom.

Fixes an import problem worth explaining. • If you imported your history from another app, the medications recorded against each attack were kept as text in the episode notes instead of becoming real entries. They did not appear on the episode and they were missing from the doctor report. • Imported medications now become proper entries, linked to the attack they belong to, with the dose where your file listed one. • Your existing data is repaired automatically the first time you open this version. There is no need to import again. • The doctor report now counts those medications, so medication days and the treatment response table are complete. Fixes from your messages, thank you for writing in. • Medications you log from the Meds tab now appear on the episode they belong to. You can also add a medication to a past episode. • Record the date of an infusion or a monthly preventive, see the dates you have logged and when the next one is due, and correct your treatment start date. • European Portuguese is now available, alongside Brazilian Portuguese. • Numbers follow your language, so a decimal shows as 6,3 where your language writes it that way. • Several screens and the treatment report were still showing English words. They are translated now. • Redeem a promotional code from the paywall or from Settings.

Fixes and refinements from your feedback. • Keyboard: every text field now stays visible above the keyboard, a Done bar sits above every keyboard including number pads, and Save buttons ride above it. Adding a medication with the keyboard open works again. • Doctor report: tighter layout, 4 pages instead of 6 for a typical month, no wrapped dates, one duration line, repeated doses shown as a count. • Doctor report in your language: symptom, trigger and aura names and MIDAS and HIT-6 grades now follow the app language. • Trigger statistics: triggers are compared against days you checked in without them. Where no such data exists the report shows counts only, never a percentage. • Migraine mode scrolls on smaller screens, the exit button is always reachable. CSV import is rebuilt, the fix most of you asked for. • Pick a CSV file straight from Files. • Excel and Numbers exports in any language now import: semicolon or tab separated, day-first dates like 25/05/2026, Windows and UTF-16 encodings, headers in 17 languages, Migraine Buddy exports. • CSV export opens correctly in Excel, accented and non-Latin text intact. • Delete a single episode from its page or by long-pressing it in the list. • Medications now carry a type, Preventive or Rescue. Pick it when adding or editing a medication. The Meds tab, the in-episode picker and the doctor report show it. • Tap a day in the Episodes strip to jump to that day's episodes. • The app language now also drives dates, times and the doctor PDF and text reports. • App Lock now also holds when you open the app from a link or a notification. • Care team link is created in seconds and shows each step. • Trends readout follows the selected range: 7, 30, 90 days or 1 year. • Doctor PDFs get readable file names. • Many smaller fixes and translation corrections.
