I am mostly happy with the functionality of the app, however, it does not have texting capability with the burner number. This is often needed when filling in the burner number for a shopping discount or other codes. If you know what you’re doing, you can get all this functionality and separate apps for less money. If this were to get texting, I would consider it a five out of five and would no longer prefer a separate combined stack that is cheaper.

Literally installed the app and paid for the monthly subscription after watching a video of Shawn recommending the app and speaking highly of it blah blah blah. At first, everything he was saying the app offered was exactly what I wanted. After I already paid for it and tried to sign in I couldn’t even get past the initial sign in page without encountering a message saying that there’s already another user signed in and that I need to logout before I sign back in…..there’s literally nowhere I can go to logout to even do that. The fact that the app description boasts that it’s U.S. based and has Shawn’s “endorsement” and I can’t even get INTO the app AFTER paying for it is ridiculous. Literally just wasted $15 which,,,no big deal I’m not worried about $15 but the fact I can download some random probably Chinese based app and have it work flawlessly is insane. Actually very disappointed in this. I’ll probably just receive a random auto generated response from the app developer saying how sorry they are or measures I can take to “resolve” the issue. Just cancelled the subscription and not going to renew. Don’t waste your time with this app. 0 stars if I could.

I remember hearing about this a while back on some small podcast I listen to with an old veteran and hoping it will come out sooner than later because the only options we had available at the time were compromised. I don’t know much about this stuff but what I do know is I truly believe the people behind it stand for what this country was founded on and believe that every person should feel safe and have privacy. I do feel I get that with this product. The burner option is a great addition even for the everyday American, who has to put their phone number on every single website they go to etc. and until I could find something negative to say, I’ll just leave it here. The rewards of the success of this app are well-deserved.

My review is based upon the fact that there are very limited VPN choices and it’s a nightmare trying to cancel the service through the app. I decided that it wasn’t a good fit and when I went to go cancel because I used a prepaid card (as I always do with most apps) the payment did not go through for the next month. So when you’re using the app, it won’t allow you to go to settings. It automatically pops up a renew your subscription, and there’s no choice to back out of that to cancel your membership through the app unless you renew your membership.. Extremely inconvenient really frustrating and very disappointing because if you don’t remember your login information, you have to jump through hoops in order to cancel the service. It’s little things like that that just speak volumes about a company. In my opinion when they don’t, don’t make anything easy.
