BOOKINGS Add and track reservations with check-in and check-out dates and guest details. Owners receive instant notifications whenever a new booking is confirmed. EXPENSES Log and categorize property costs — staff salaries, maintenance, cleaning, utilities, repairs, insurance, taxes and more. Amounts are automatically converted to each owner's preferred display currency. DAILY ALERTS Automatic daily notifications for every check-in and check-out, so both managers and owners are always informed. OWNER PORTAL Each owner has their own view of their properties — bookings, expenses, and performance — without access to other portfolios. MULTI-CURRENCY Support for EUR, USD, GBP, IDR, AUD and CHF with daily exchange rate updates. MULTILINGUAL Full support for English and Hungarian. PRIVATE & INVITATION-ONLY Access is by invitation only. Log in with the credentials provided by your portfolio administrator.
