Main features
■ Quick Sales and Profit Records
Record the sale date, item, quantity, unit price, cost, expenses, sales channel, customer, notes, and photos. Product setup is optional, so you can start with sales records first.
■ Product and Cost Tracking
Save product prices, categories, photos, and notes. For products made from materials, create recipes and calculate product cost from material costs plus other costs.
■ Materials and Inventory
Track material unit costs, stock levels, purchases, usage, and adjustments. Inventory value helps you plan production and purchasing.
■ Expenses in Profit Calculations
Record shipping, packaging, event fees, fixed costs, labor, and other business expenses. Monthly and yearly recurring expenses are supported, along with straight-line depreciation for monthly cost allocation.
■ Sales Channel Fees
Set fees for online shops, consignment sales, events, and other sales channels. Combine percentage fees and fixed fees to reflect channel costs for each sale.
■ Dashboard
Check monthly sales, costs, expenses, and profit. View product profit, sales by channel, expense breakdowns, and monthly, yearly, and all-time trends in charts.
Designed to Preserve Past Records
SalesNote saves snapshots of the product name, sale price, cost, material cost, and sales channel name at the time of each sale. Even if you update products, materials, or channels later, past sales and profit records remain easy to review.
