My funds have been held for 5 days after the event ended, and support has been basically useless. Every time I reach out, I get some variation of “we’ll flag this” or “we’ll escalate this,” but then nothing actually happens.I’ve contacted support multiple times trying to get a clear answer on when my funds will be released. Instead of actually resolving the issue or giving me a concrete timeline, they continue to deflect the request and tell me it’s being flagged.If you’re going to hold someone’s money after an event is already over, there should at least be transparency about why it’s being held and exactly when it will be released. Having to repeatedly chase support just to access your own funds is unacceptable.Based on my experience, I would not recommend CrowdVolt to anyone who expects timely payouts or responsive customer support.
