This is how you use it: a calm check in each morning and night, to understand how you feel and grow a little every day.
Write down your thoughts, track your mood, and NiDa listens and gently helps you go deeper with reflective prompts based on your input.
No pressure, no streaks. What you write stays on your device, and your reflections are created right on your phone.

A moon calendar comes to NiDa!
See the moon's phase for every day of the month, drawn from the real sky and computed right on your device. Tap any day to leave a note, set a gentle evening reminder, or find a small ritual for the night.
If you like, turn on Signs to see which sign the moon is passing through each day, offered as a seasonal rhythm to reflect with, never a prediction.
The moon itself has been redrawn too: a realistic surface with a soft, true-to-phase shadow, on your home screen and throughout the app.
As always, what you write stays on your device.
