Base 17 Stock gives organizations a fast, practical way to manage supplies, medications, cabinets, storage rooms, vehicles, aircraft, bags, kits, and other inventory locations. Any user can create an account and start an organization. An organization owner purchases one annual plan and can invite the rest of the team with private access codes. Each organization has its own members, locations, inventory, QR codes, par levels, and order requests. Improved McKesson receiving with photo cropping before OCR, stronger item-number/name/Shipped-column recognition, manual invoice number and date entry, and private saved-invoice history with original images. Inventory can now be exported as an easy-to-read PDF and shared with the native iPhone or iPad controls. Regular organization members can again add stock, while administrative tools remain limited to admins.
