Updates There's a new Updates tile on your home screen. It carries short reads about the themes you're working on: trends, insights, and a practical takeaway at the end of each one, with pictures. When something new is published for your programme you'll get a notification — tap it to open the full article. Updates you haven't read yet are marked, and the tile shows how many are waiting. AI feedback arrives fast; your coach adds the human layer — and you can message them directly in the app. Community Cohort discussions, coach broadcasts, and shared threads keep the group moving together. Badges & Progress Milestones mark the path through each cycle — visible progress across orientation, evidence, feedback, coaching, and community.
