・距離・面積の計測: 3Dモデル上の2点間の距離、囲った範囲の面積をその場で測定
・間取り図面: 壁・ドア・窓・家具を自動認識した3Dフロアプランと2D図面(対応スキャンのみ)
・面積の自動算出: 床面積・壁面積・表面積・高さを自動表示
・書き出し: GLB / USDZ(AR表示対応) / OBJ / STL / PLY の5形式
・共有と閲覧: 書き出したGLBはどのiPhone/iPadでも読み込んで閲覧可能
