Working-Bolt is a fast, private companion for a physician group's Lightning Bolt schedule. It puts your shifts, the open-shift pool, who's on service, and shift swaps a tap away.
• Open-shift pool — every shift up for grabs in one chronological list, with an alert the moment a new one posts
• Your calendar — upcoming shifts in a clean month grid with friendly names and hours
• Who's on — see who's covering each unit on any day
• Find a Swap — pick a shift and instantly see the colleagues you could trade with, then text them or send a swap request
• Give-aways — offer a shift to the whole group or one colleague in a couple of taps
You sign in with your own Lightning Bolt account — the app never sees or stores your password. Your schedule is cached on your device; only what's needed for alerts and the shared pool is synced. No ads, no tracking, nothing sold.
