Follow the dot with your eyes, keep your head still, and complete short daily workouts. Blink Track uses the TrueDepth camera on supported iPhone and iPad devices to estimate how your eyes follow the target during calibration and training. Calibrate before your workout Hold your device at the same distance you will use during training and follow the calibration dots. 2. Follow the moving dot The dot moves horizontally, vertically, in circles, figure-eight patterns, and smooth motion paths. 3. Keep your head still Blink Track monitors head movement so the workout focuses on eye movement. 4. Review your results After each workout, see your overall score, eye tracking accuracy, sync score, warnings, and progress history.
