HOME SETUP WIZARD Answer a few questions about your home — rooms, systems, appliances, water source, roof type — and Steward suggests a tailored maintenance schedule built from real manufacturer and safety-organization guidance, including the tasks people forget: septic pump-outs, sump pump tests, dryer vent cleaning, smoke detector testing. APPLIANCE & WARRANTY TRACKING Log every appliance with purchase date, price, and warranty, and get a heads-up before coverage expires. Attach photos, track service history, and see lifetime and year-to-date maintenance costs per appliance, per room, or for the whole home. ROOM-BY-ROOM DETAIL Every room has its own hub: paint codes, flooring, finishes, linked appliances, and everything due for that room — so touching up a wall or replacing a fixture is a lookup, not a guessing game. VENDORS & EMERGENCY INFO Keep every contractor, plumber, and repair vendor in one place with tappable phone numbers. Store your water shutoff, breaker panel, and utility contacts for the moments you can't afford to go searching for them. STEWARD PRO Sync your home across every device with iCloud, and share the whole household record with a partner or co-owner — tasks, history, and costs stay in sync between you, with each entry showing who logged it. Steward Pro is a one-time purchase of $9.99. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. There's no subscription — it's yours once, permanently. This update gives Steward a new look, built on CanoSoftware's design system — the same one across all my apps now. Nothing about how you use Steward changed; it's the same app, redrawn with more consistent type, spacing, and color throughout. It also introduces Steward Pro. Two features move behind a one-time $9.99 purchase: iCloud sync across your devices, and Share This Home, which lets you invite a partner or co-owner into your household record. Everything else — task tracking, appliance and warranty logging, room details, vendor contacts, emergency info — stays free, with no limits. If you were already using iCloud sync or Share This Home before this update, you keep both for free, permanently. Thanks for being an early user. Steward Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. There's nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
