MusMaj Practice
Metronome Skills Journal
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
MusMaj Practice helps musicians organize focused practice around skills, exercises, tempo targets, and session routines. Build a personal library for piano, guitar, drums, voice, reading, or other areas, then track each exercise with stable BPM, peak BPM, reps, success rate, and progress toward a target.
Use the metronome screen to set BPM, tap tempo, choose subdivisions, enable silent bars, and run a tempo trainer from a starting BPM toward a target. Log each set as clean, with mistakes, too easy, too hard, or repeat, so your practice history stays connected to the work you actually did.
Create warm-ups and longer sessions from the exercises that need attention. During a session, move through exercises with timers, rest periods, pause, skip, complete, and focus mode. Goals help track BPM targets, clean reps, practice minutes, and streak progress.
The journal lets you record practice notes and mistake tags, while analytics summarize total practice time, sessions, sets, success rate, weekly BPM growth, personal records, achievements, and a 13-week practice heatmap.
