The till is a separate app, BarOS POS. This one is everything behind it.
It started with one question: which taps actually earn their place? Once you can see utilisation per tap, it turns out the same data can run the rest of the bar. So now it does.
TAPS AND KEGS
What's on, what's left, and how fast it pours. Utilisation per tap and per beer, so you know which lines earn their space and which ones just sit there. Line cleaning schedules that tell you when a line is due.
STOCK, PRODUCTS AND INVOICES
Photograph a supplier invoice and it reads the lines, matches them to your products and updates stock. Cost per beer stays current, so your margins are real numbers instead of a guess. Pricing rules and suggestions on top.
SALES AND REPORTS
Live sales, open bills, waste, product performance and profitability. The numbers you actually look at on a Monday morning.
STAFF
Rotas and shift swaps, time tracking, opening and closing checklists, and messages to the team.
BOOKINGS, MEMBERS AND GIFT CARDS
Take table bookings from your own page. Run a members club and issue gift cards.
WEBSHOP AND TICKETS
Sell event tickets and pickup items from your own storefront. Discount codes, refunds, and an attendee list to check people in against at the door.
