Every day new patients walk through the door. Listen to the complaint, examine them with the right tools, read the file, and make the call: discharge, intervene, or operate? Get it right and you earn coins and reputation. Get it wrong and your reputation takes the hit.
REAL EXAMINATIONS
Stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, thermometer, otoscope, penlight, dermatoscope. Order blood, urine and stool tests. Read X-ray, ECG, ultrasound and CT results. Every tool gives you one piece of the puzzle — putting them together is your job.
THREE DECISIONS, ONE RIGHT ANSWER
In the emergency room you triage: discharge, intervene, or refer to a specialist. At a specialty desk you use that department's signature tool and pick the correct treatment in a single tap. A correct discharge can open a bonus prescription — choose the right medication for extra coins.
BUILD YOUR OWN HOSPITAL
Fill the empty lots: Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology and the Operating Room. Level departments up for higher coin multipliers, and buy permanent desk upgrades from the shop — a reference-range strip on the vitals grid, the patient's medical history, and a nurse who takes the vitals before you sit down.
THE OPERATING ROOM
Severe cases go to surgery: separate touch mini-games for abdominal, heart, skin and precision brain/lung operations. From the first incision to the last suture, it is your hand on the scalpel.
EVERY CASE IS DIFFERENT
From appendicitis to myocardial infarction, from asthma to meningitis — every case has its own complaint, its own findings and one correct decision. The same case never turns up twice in a single day.
