Pick the apps, set the hours, and see how many hours you get back each week. Free, no account. Sossego blocks the apps that steal your hours — and shows you how much you got back. No account, no sign-up, no subscription. HOW IT WORKS Pick the 2 or 3 apps that pull hardest at your hand. Set a schedule — or block right now. When you try to open a blocked app, Sossego shows up instead. TWO MODES • Pause — a 10-second breath before you decide. If you still want in, you get in: 5 minutes, then the block returns. • Lock — no way out until the schedule ends. Turning it on asks for confirmation, because there's no going back. DAILY PROTECTION A schedule that turns itself on, every day. Quiet nights, work hours, mornings without feeds — or your own. No willpower required. WHAT YOU GET BACK Every time you walk away, Sossego counts the time back. Every Sunday morning, a weekly summary: how many hours you recovered — in hours, not in promises. PRIVACY Your apps and your usage stay on your device. We send only anonymous statistics about how the app works — never who you are or what you block. Sossego uses Apple's Screen Time API: the apps you pick are identified by codes not even we can read. FREE Today Sossego is free: everything you see is unlocked. No ads, no in-app purchases. Made in Brazil.

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

This version makes it clearer what's going on — on the block screen, on Home and in Progress. • The block screen looks like Sossego and names the app (or category) that's blocked, and until when. • In Pause, every button says what a tap does: start the 10-second breather, tap again, or enter anyway for 5 minutes. The app only opens when you choose that. • Home shows the real state: what's blocked, until when and in which mode — and "Extend the block" when it makes sense. • New: with daily protection in Pause, "Lock until the window ends" turns it into a Lock right away. • Progress and the Sunday summary are more direct: "times closed without going in", the 15 minutes back explained, and "Protected time" saying what it measures. • Removed and restored the Screen Time authorization in the iPhone's Settings? Protection comes back on its own, schedules included. • Stability fixes for schedules that cross midnight, session endings and the weekly close.
