Every day, Stepooo gives you a Daily Circle. Your goal is to walk far enough to leave that circle. No complicated fitness plan. No pressure to hit 10,000 steps. Just one clear mission that helps you walk a little more consistently.
You can also add mini walks throughout your day, like a morning walk, work break walk, after-lunch walk, or before-sleep walk. They are short, flexible, and designed to fit into real life.
