Plan tonight’s class, find a clean competition cut, and draft the parent note before you leave the lobby. Help us improve this app and send us recommendations!
A daily helper for dance instructors and studio owners. Plan tonight’s class, find a clean routine track, trim it to length, and draft the parent note without switching apps.
Sidekick is a teaching colleague in your pocket: class ideas, coaching language, song ideas, and the small jobs that eat the night before class.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Plan a 45-minute class with a clear focus
• Write coaching cues and feedback that students can actually use
• Find songs for class, choreography, or a 2-minute competition solo
• Import your own audio and trim it to routine length
• Draft a calm parent update after a tough class
• Sketch a short recital run-through
WHO IT’S FOR
Built for studio faculty, owners who still teach, and independent instructors. Styles include ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap, lyrical, musical theatre, acro, pom, modern, and commercial/heels, plus the ages you actually teach.
WHAT IT IS NOT
Sidekick does not teach students how to dance. It is not studio billing, scheduling, or attendance software. It is educational support for instructors, not medical, legal, or professional advice. Review anything before you take it into class.
FREE AND PRO
The free app includes daily tips and a small number of Sidekick messages each day. Sidekick Pro is optional: unlimited messages, stronger teaching answers, and import & trim.
