PLAY YOUR WAY
Hold the phone on your forehead and tilt to score, or keep it in portrait and pass it around. Choose the round length, play solo or in teams, and keep the score across rematches.
MAKE A PRIVATE GROUP DECK
Add 2–8 first names and optional hints to create a private 40-card mix from six family-friendly decks. Names and hints only shape the shuffle on your device. They are not added to cards, saved, or sent anywhere.
FILTER DECKS FOR THE ROOM
Every deck has a clear age label. An adult can turn on Kid-Safe, choose a 4+, 9+, or 12+ ceiling, and protect the setting with a PIN. Decks above the selected rating disappear throughout the app.
RECORD THE REACTIONS
Optionally record a round with the front camera, then watch, save, or share the replay. Recording only starts when you turn it on, and unsaved video is deleted when you leave the results.
PLAY OFFLINE
Built-in decks, private Group Decks, and the full game work without a connection. No account is required.
MADE BY PEOPLE
Every card is written and reviewed by a person. No recycled franchise decks, no ads — just original prompts and a game that gets out of the way once the room starts laughing.
GUFFAW is rated 18+ and includes decks with mature themes. Kid-Safe helps adults filter in-app content but does not change the App Store age rating.
GUFFAW Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Pricing, trial eligibility, and subscription terms are shown on the purchase screen before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
