Realive: Replace Doomscroll with Life
Tired of rigid app blockers that leave you stuck staring at a blank screen? Realive turns your app limit moments into refreshing, real-world habits. When your screen time is up, instead of hitting a dead end, swap mindless scrolling for quick, restorative micro-actions that nourish your body and mind.
KEY FEATURES
1. Smart App Limits
Set daily time allowances for distracting social media, news, and games using native iOS controls.
2. Micro-Action Habit Replacement
Turn app lockouts into positive real-life habits instantly:
• Body & Wellness: Hydrate with water reminders, do a quick shoulder stretch, rest your eyes with distance-vision prompts, or activate your muscles with light reps (squats, push-ups, sit-ups).
• Rest & Reset: Recenter your nervous system with 4-7-8 deep breathing, close your eyes for a power nap, or unwind with relaxing piano music, chill vibes, and short stories.
• Connection & Growth: Reach out to a family member with a single tap, or learn something new with quick AI insights.
3. Mindful Progress
Track not just the screen time you've saved, but the meaningful real-world habits you've completed each day. Celebrate living more, not just scrolling less.
4. 100% Private & Native
Powered strictly by native iOS Screen Time frameworks. Your personal usage and habit data stay 100% private on your device.
Pause the screen. Feel real again. Download Realive today and trade screen time for real life.
