Pack a little more calmly. Find things a little faster. CrateRill is a local box inventory for moving day and the things you keep in storage. Name a box, choose its room, and list what’s inside. When you need your coffee grinder or phone charger, search your inventory instead of opening every box. PACK WITH A PLAN • Give every box a stable number, title and room. • List contents one item per line, with optional quantities. • Add a packing note and an optional photo. • Mark Open First, Fragile and Heavy. • Track Packing, Packed, Arrived and Unpacked. FIND YOUR FOOTING • Search box numbers, titles, contents, rooms and notes. • Use Arrival Kit to see the boxes marked Open First. • Scan a CrateRill QR label to open its matching saved box. TAKE YOUR INVENTORY WITH YOU • Create Letter or A4 PDFs with six QR box labels per page. • Export a room-by-room inventory PDF. • Export and import JSON backups that include saved photos. • Repeated imports keep existing box IDs; conflicting box numbers are safely reassigned. No account, ads or developer analytics. Inventory search and saved records work offline. QR labels identify records in the inventory on the device doing the scanning; they do not share or sync data. Import your backup on another device before using its labels there. Your own exports and OS backups can copy your data. THREE BOXES FREE Start with three boxes. CrateRill Unlimited is an optional one-time in-app purchase for adding more boxes, with no subscription. Saved boxes, edits, search, photos, QR labels, PDFs, backups and importing remain available without Unlimited. Purchases and restore are handled by the App Store and require an Apple Account and connection when needed. Photos are resized for local storage. Keep a backup before moving to a new device. CrateRill does not provide automatic sync or shared household inventories.

CrateRill now adapts to Dark Mode. Backgrounds, cards, labels and buttons stay readable throughout your inventory, onboarding and Unlimited screens, including when you switch appearance while a sheet is open.
