Pick where you pay tax and the app adapts: the right tax year (calendar or April start), the right sales-tax name (GST/HST, VAT, BTW, IVA, MwSt), official per-mile and per-kilometre rates, and category lines that map to your forms — Schedule C, T2125, SA103, ATO P8, IR10, Form 11, EÜR, 2035, Modelo 100, Aangifte IB, ITR-3 and more. 13 countries covered, from the US, Canada and the UK to Germany, India and Japan.

Shoot the receipt with a frame that guides you, or grab one from Photos or Files. The app straightens it automatically. Then type the total and tap a category — Vehicle, Meals, Materials, Travel and more. See the deductible amount update as you go, including business-use percentages for mixed costs like your phone or car. No AI, no uploading: your receipts never leave your phone.

Home shows what you've spent, what's deductible so far, how many receipts have images, and how long until your year closes. Filter business vs personal, spot receipts that need a second look, and search everything.

Log trips with from, to and distance. The app values them at your country's official rate — including tiered rates and mid-year changes where they apply.
