UNA Events are now available in the app! The News section has been renamed to the Feed and now contains both the latest News stories as well as upcoming Events. With these changes to the app: • the general public can view the list of upcoming events • Members and Local Execs who are signed into the DMS section can register themselves (and others, where applicable) for upcoming events • UNA Staff who are signed into the DMS section can register people for upcoming events • users with Event Manager or Attendance Manager access to an Event can use the Sign In Sheet to manage attendance, including signing people in by scanning QR codes from UNA Membership cards Also new in this version: • under the Home section of the DMS tab, Members can now specify their Personal Attributes for use across the system. Currently this comprises Diet Restrictions and Accessibility needs which are taken into account in the Events module. Note: iOS 17.5 or newer is now required to run the app.

People who are Members of multiple Locals that make a change to the My Local value when entering a Locally-funded Expense Claim will no longer have their submitted claim have incorrect funding information. Note: the next feature release of the app will require iOS 17.5 or newer.

Removed the Personal Deductions option from the Accommodations section of Expense Claims. You now only need to enter the total amount you're claiming for your stay.

PRCF – Professional Responsibility Concern Form – Management has arrived! Local Executives and those people with PRC Committee access for their Local can now perform all these PRCF-related tasks here in the app: • edit the original submission in case changes need to be made (and view the history of those changes) • reassign PRCFs to a different Local if it was mistakenly directed to yours • view, fill out, and send reminders for Manager Response Forms (MRF), and create new ones when necessary • associate additional PRCFs with MRFs when you want to explicitly connect a response across multiple forms • edit the AHS Zone and Area (as applicable) • track Local Notes and the Primary Issue of the PRCF • link PRCFs together for easier management of multiple submissions that all cover the same incident • track the Stages the PRCF has traversed throughout its life cycle • assign PRCFs as agenda items to upcoming PRC Meetings • add and edit Events of the PRCF for tracking things that have occurred • close (and reopen, as necessary) PRCFs as well as filling out the associated Closure Summary PRC Meeting viewing and editing still needs to be done on DMS Web.

A handful of tweaks so things go smoothly for iOS 17 users.

Now when you set your Direct Deposit information in the app for the first time, it'll actually be reflected during the submission phase of Expense Claims and EITF Claims (i.e. you'll actually be able to submit them without having to wait about a day first!) Previously in version 3.1: • PRCFs can finally be submitted in the app again!

We apologize for the delay in getting the full PRCF functionality back in your hands! Those aspects of functionality can of course still be utilized in DMS Web in the meantime. This update also includes a fix for a bug that likely prevented you from getting updated copies of Resources and Agreements data. As part of that fix, the first time you launch this new version of the app the Resources and Agreements on your device will be cleared (ex. any downloaded Spotlights, Newsbulletins, Agreements, etc.) so the top-level lists of both tabs can be loaded as a clean slate.
