Great Tafsirs is a non-profit application for the sciences of the holy Qur’an; where users from all around the world can effectively access a large database of Qur’anic Commentary (tafsir) for the most important and accredited Sunni, Shi’ite, and Sufi scholars in the Muslim world such as Al-Zamakhshiri, Al-Tabari, Al-Qurtubi, Al-Razi, and Ibn Kathir, etc. The application covers the seven Islamic schools (madhabs): Shafi’i, Hanafi, Maliki, Hanbali, Ja’afari, Zeidi, and Ibadhi, and does not adopt a certain school or support one without the other; as it aims at providing all relevant sciences and the users have the freedom to choose what they want without being directed to one.
It also provides access to several works of Qur’anic translations, recitations, and other essential resources of meanings, syntax, and revelation reasons, etc. Moreover, it provides an advanced user-friendly search engine that enables users to search for words and text within Qur’an.

Thanks for making this app completely free. One suggestion I have, if it is possible, can you make the text box of Tafsirs bigger with an option for font size adjustment. Also include a English translation.

I enjoy the depth and variety of multiple tafaseers in this app, including the ease of switching from one tafseer to another. If possible, it would be great to be able to move the the tafseer text box. That is to move it around to see the Quran behind it. Or maybe put the tafseer at the bottom, and have it move in synch with the Quran text. Thank you
