Claim submission app failure

I go thru the process of trying to file a claim:1. When you exit the app and go back in, the information disappears. It doesn’t save the information.2. When filing a claim and going thru the submitted process it does not let you actually submit the claim. Says “internet connection cannot be found”. This is false and untrue as the internet connection is working fine on multiple mobile devices I used to try to submit the application. If there is a photo limit, put that on the within the application. Can’t submit a claim at all thru the application.

The bill pay feature is much better than it used to be. The service locator and ID cards are also pretty handy. Fortunately haven’t had to try out the Submit a Claim feature.

This app used to be great, now the bill payment option is no longer working and I have to go through the tedious process of logging into their website every time I need to pay my bill.
