Try turning of Bluetooth.I turned off Bluetooth and the sign in page appeared. I was able to sign in and the camera worked. Have not yet tried sending paper work yet.

I was worried using but it took a clear photo the very first time. Super easy to use! Highly recommend this app to help you grow your business !!!

Amazing app., takes a very clear/clean picture and sends it in to the company. Very easy to use. Was concerned after the first time I used it, cause after it did it's thing, a message popped up saying to allow 48 hours. I thought, "oh man, I could have faxed it and gotten it there a LOT faster than that". Next time I used it was at 10:30 at night (got the same 48 hr msg)... Next morning at 7:45 I called the company and it had already been received and processed!! Turns out, the 48 hour thing is just their outside/ guaranteed time! It's actually pretty much "real time". Very impressive!!

This app is awesome! No need to fax paperwork in anymore! I used it for the first time today and it's seamless! My customer was in the system within 30 minutes. It could take up to 24-48 hours for it to go through, which I'm sure might happen at the end of the month. No need to call in the paperwork with this app either! Love it!
