Outlaw Nation was born in the summer of 2013, in the smoky honky-tonks of Myrtle Beach, amidst the crowded tourist season. Bar owners, disgusted with the goofy teen pop music being released as “country” today, longed for the times when the epicenter of the genre was Nashville, not Hollywood.
We were tasked with creating “Southern Music for Southern People“: Traditional sounding, but current, relevant, and rockin’! REAL Country Music, sprinkled with the best of Texas Red Dirt, Bluegrass, and modern and classic Southern Rock.
In a few short months, word quickly spread across the South. And today, Outlaw Nation is proudly carried in many of the finest country bars and western saloons in America. Southern Rock, REAL Country, Free and Commercial Free, in dynamic High Definition Audio.
The music is awesome! Love the new stuff from the real country artists. I’ve listened to this station via our local KTXR 101.3 the outlaw in Springfield MO up until yesterday when they were bought out and changed to a “classic country” station. So now I have to use the app to listen to the only good music these days. Anyway great app! Thanks for letting us still listen to y’all! Keep up the good work!

I was happy to find this app tonight after seeing Outlaw Nation live in Black Mountain, NC. Outlaw Nation tells the story of us real, down-home Southern folks who know what they stand for, believe in doing what’s right, and don’t back down for nothin. It’s so good to be reminded that there are still people around today who live by the Bible and the principles that our country was founded upon. Outlaw Nation, you guys ROCK!!!! We love you!

Great mix of southern rock and REAL country. They will add requests to play list if you have a artist in mind. I did and they emailed me back the next day. Everyone at work was trying to find the station on the radio and I had to tell them the info.

Since I downloaded this app I can’t stop using it ! I live in France and we don’t have country radio so this is so great to have this app. I can even listen to it in my car with bluetooth.
