App is not working after Update

Dear developer After update and setting location it won’t open the app, it’s stuck on screen. It’s just showing changes in new version. I’ve tried restarting my phone (iPhone 11) but still not working. Please fix it. Me and my family are using this app for long time and we’re happy. it’s very useful app especially if someone live in foreign country. I really appreciate if you fix this problem ASAP. Thank you

I have an iPhone 15 with the latest iOS and the last version of the app. However, notifications do not show up and this happens completely random. Sometimes they come up and sometimes they don’t. All my settings are correct and I know the problem is with the app. Especially for morning azan, the app doesn’t play azan or 20 min before qaza notifications about 50% of the time, and this is very inconvenient. The phone is not silenced or on focus mode. The whole purpose of the app is to play azan. I am experiencing this on multiple iPhones, from iPhone 7 to an iPhone 14 to my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Please provide support for iPhone Lock Screen widgets. It would be great and essential to be able to look at the iPhone lock screen and see the next azan time. Similarly but with lower priority, please provide support for Apple Watch. Also please do NOT reset app settings when you release a new update. Afew months ago, the app went through an update and it got reset afterwards. The app developers’ decision to completely reset the app settings including its language was a very bad decision. This is especially for many older people who do not know how to find their way around the app and need help from their family and friends. Many people stopped using the app just because the app was reset and they didn’t know how to set everything back up. Please do not reset settings in your future updates. Otherwise, great app. People who complain about azans not playing completely have not read the instructions. It says why it can only play 30 seconds. Please fix the issue above.UPDATE Dec 2024: The app has not been showing any notifications in the past week or two. I have this problem on both my iPhones and my other family members have the same problem too. It has not been showing any notifications. We have checked the settings in the app and settings under iPhone settings.

The app doesn’t work properly under iOS 15!

After upgrading to iOS 15, most of the time the prayer time is stuck on the time for morning prayer and no notification is given for time of prayer. If I select something else from menu and then go back selecting prayer times, it then shows the next azan!

Developer should definitely make this app compatible for other Apple devices

I have had this application downloaded and used on my tablets as well as my iPhone. I really am starting to feel that although this application is good enough, it definitely would be better too if the app does continue sending notifications with the athan announced without suddenly discontinuing even after the notification is dismissed the previous time. I definitely would have to say this app is perfect for travelers and those who sometimes get confused with the direction of the Qibla though, which this is a perfect solution.
Developer should definitely make this app compatible for other Apple devices
