ESS Mobile is a smart, adaptive app that, when used with your employer's configuration of Attendance Enterprise, provides employees with flexible time tracking options.
You have access to the information you need to track your hours worked and review schedules or benefit balances. You receive notifications for when you need to take action. For example, adding a missing punch on your time card. You can also record attendance-related activities like an absence or if you will be late for your work shift.
If you are an hourly employee, ESS Mobile lets you punch in and out, request time off, and send a note to your supervisor. ESS Mobile for AE can obtain your current location at any time. This typically occurs when the employee interacts with the app.
If you are an employee that simply reports total hours worked, the time sheet is available to you in addition to these functions.
There are additional options for employees that need to add mileage or expenses like meals. You can even report tips if applicable for the job you do.
