STARS Intake allows you to immediately enter claims and incidents from wherever you may be. STARS Intake provides secure mobile access to STARS Enterprise and is available to clients in the Community Cloud as well as those self-hosting their implementation. It is compatible with version 14 and higher. With STARS Intake you can: - Enter new claims and incidents - Select an existing record from STARS to populate fields on the claim/incident (such as employee or patient records) - Create notes attached to the claim/incident - Attach photos to the claim/incident - Trigger events to occur after submission of the claim/incident

Login Error/ Bug that’s not fixed at all

I have been trying to login to this app over the weekend I tried starting Friday while connected to a stage WiFi where I was met with an onscreen prompt which read “you must be connected to the internet to use this app. Please verify your connection and try again.” I did this several times, then restarted my phone deleted the app and still got the same message. I also tried on my home WiFi the same process and got the same result. I am connected to the internet and have a solid connection at both places so the only explanation is that you guys have not yet fixed your login bug, so please don’t advertise it as such and fix your app for goodness sake.

as a first responder I’ve been asked by production to use this app for reporting. It’s not designed to be filled out by the first responder it’s designed to be filled out by the production office or accounting yet saftey department at ABC told me to fill out any answers just to get the app to move to the next fill in page WHAT??? Yes saftey told me to put anything down to get it to the next screen that’s insanity and illegal.

Aspiring Songwriter
Just tried the app on new iPhone 12. Can’t get past log in page. Keeps saying internet connection issues, check connection. All other apps on my phone work, as well as web surfing, emails etc. which indicates my internet connection is working properly. Developer, if it’s my fault, please fill me in. I type in client ID, User ID, and password and get the “check internet connection” page. Deleted and downloaded the app again with no success.

Not for the medic first responder. It is slow, laggy, and when I click on certain boxes it will jump to the next one over and over again. This needs to be cleaned up big time.

Bug fix including: - User is not able to login intermittently - Table lookup hangs while searching or selecting record intermittently - Submit interview failing intermittently - App crashing while adding attachment using Camera - Scrolling not working on Interview forms intermittently - User not able to see all records present in Table Lookup results intermittently - Web Service URL updated to latest Production environment
