Tickets don’t work - Bring cash instead

This app does not work, I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought several tickets and all of them did not work when scanned on the bus. We were lucky that one bus driver allowed us in but another almost did not allow us on the last bus of the day, despite re-buying the tickets on the app in front of him. Thankfully a kind stranger gave us cash to pay for the fare. If you are traveling to the Dolomites, bring cash for your bus fares!!

This app does not work, I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought several tickets and all of them did not work when scanned on the bus. If your hotel offers you a free bus service ticket, don’t lose it! Absolute disaster of an app. The interface is a mess, and it forces you to plot a full route just to buy a simple day ticket—totally useless when you’re in a rush. To make matters worse, tickets often vanish right after you pay for them. Don't risk getting stuck at the station with no proof of purchase. Stick to getting a physical ticket if you can.

Only good for seeing bus and train time tables, if you are a local with a südtirol pass, good luck it’s horrible trying to do anything and you can’t get help online just so stupid you can’t even redet your password like who can’t even design a website correctly

Error has existed for several days. App is up-to-date, on iOS. This should be a priority 1 fix, but as far as I can tell, the development doesn’t seem to be aware or care.
