This app is terrible. Very inconvenient. It seldomly opens. I have to use the website mostly. The company ID sign in option is inconvenient. There should be a normal usage of an email and password. For as little as the app offers for free it should at least open when you tap it. Every thing must be added for an additional price which just seems money hungry. I opened my account with Wintrust because they have community banks in my community and allege to support the community, but I can’t support at the expense of my operations. There is a high likelihood that I will not continue business banking with Wintrust.

This application never works and the sign is always wiped out. There has been multiple times that this system kicks me out. I have missed payroll because of this. I will be closing my accounts. Customer serious only available until 6pm!! It’s such a joke

Tried several times to enter my company ID and the app would not accept it. Ridiculous. I uninstalled and tried again several months later and it now it won’t accept my phone number for authentication. If there is a special format required, the developers should consider adding instructions. This app is useless. Very frustrating

This app is terrible. And it’s impossible to get to customer service. No numbers listed and if you find a number it’s always the wrong department. And if you get locked out on the weekend you can’t get in until the next work day cause password resets are done by treasury management only open mon-Friday. The most frustrating app and bank.
