After setting up a Wild Apricot account, you can use the Wild Apricot app to manage your members and events. I’ve been using this app for a few months now. We use it at our monthly club meetings. I have signed up new members, updated member contact details, searched the member list to confirm membership status and processed renewal credit card payments. All right on my phone. No laptop, no web browser. It’s fast and easy which is exactly what we needed. For onsite club member management, this app works great. I haven’t experienced any crashes or timeouts on my iPhone 7.

I am the originator of our club going to WA with great enthusiasm. Setting up the site for the club has been a real struggle for us not IT experienced administrators.Once we get it, the results are great. It is frustrating to hit a brick wall and have to wait 2-4 days for a reply, but such is life.Dennis Hunt

The app is basically non-functional and doesn’t seem to have been updated in years. Trying to check registrations for an event this evening and when I click on the registrants tab, it just says “Error occurred. Please try again.” No information on the issue, no workaround, no way to check people into my event or see who is registered via the app. I have also submitted basic feature requests in the past and it seems to be a very stale app with no new features over the past several months.

- An issue with incorrect event details for some events has been fixed Also in the previous version: - Now you can check, open, download and upload files in attachment fields - Password restrictions are now more clear during adding and editing a contact - The app becomes more stable
