I was excited to learn my small local bank had a mobile app. I'm constantly on the go and need a mobile app to help me keep up with my finances as I often cannot make it to the bank during business hours or I am traveling out of the area. However, this app leaves much to be desired. While you can transfer funds between accounts, the app shows current transactions it does not give you a balance. It is a very basic app that I hope will be upgraded to at least include a balance. Mobile deposits would be spectacular. Keep working on it please!

I keep getting an “unexpected error” message for mobile deposits and since my check is already endorsed with “for mobile deposit only” I’m kind of stuck with an uncashable paycheck. And the link to app support on here goes to a 404 error page

App worked great for about a month. After that it has been nothing but a headache. Have called to have it reset several times to no avail. Face recognition does not work. Please update app to fix bugs. I do not want to change financial institutions but may be required to due to inability to do online bill pay.

I dislike the new app update greatly! It's hard to read, does not look organized, is not user friendly! Please, change it back! New is not always better!!
