The app is free, but just a heads up: You’ll use a little bit of data downloading it, so be savvy and hook into some Wi-Fi if you’re running low on data.
*****Handy tips for getting the app setup with your number*****
In the setup you’ll need to enter your mobile number in one of the following ways:
• You can enter your mobile number with the +64 at the front, but make sure you drop the first 0. For example +64 204 123 456
• You can enter your mobile number without the +64 at the front. In this case you keep the first 0. For example 0204 123 456
Often the app just does a loading screen indefinitely and then times out. Closing and reopening doesn’t help. It seems like deleting the app and redownloading it does make it work but that’s ridiculous. Otherwise, it’s fine. I hope this issue is resolved soon, I know I’m not along in this experience and I’m getting frustrated that I have to log into a browser to view my info rather than rely on the app.

For a while now I’ve had a problem with the app, for some reason the dashboard that usually shows me how much mobile data I have left no longer exists.

The app is fine when it works. But when I click on the app it just gets stuck loading the app so you have to login on a browser. Based on other reviews I see this has been a problem for a long time and still is not fixed
