I’ve been trying to contact the developers but support seems non existent! So many apps from this company can’t be opened! UPDATE It’s been slightly more than a week since I posted. The developer has responded and took every opportunity to advise me on what to do. And when those strategies didn’t work, advised me further before finally figuring out what was wrong and helping me have a fully functioning app now! Kudos to the service provided
