New Features Brand New look and feel: WellSky has updated the look and feel of the Offline App but we have kept all of the same functionality. Update to Filters: We have removed the filter icon at the bottom of the screen and replaced with a new Filter link that lives in the Hotbox. Auto-Sync: As part of the update, we are introducing a new Auto-Sync Setting. This setting will automatically push a document online when the required information has been entered into the form, your device is connected to the internet, and you navigate out of the form. (Auto-Sync Setting is enabled by default)

2020 ICD-10-CM update We’ve updated our list of ICD-10 codes in accordance with the 2020 ICD-10-CM changes. The new set of codes will be applied to assessments and patient visits from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. Please note: Be sure to use the Search feature and update any outdated ICD-10 codes that you have currently saved to your Favorites List. Chaplain/Counselor Assessment The Chaplain/Counselor Assessment form is now available within the Hospice version of WellSky Offline. Plan of Care Problem Types and Interventions The new Problem Types and Interventions added to WellSky Hospice with our last release are now available within WellSky Offline Hospice for selection

The MSW Assessment form is now available within the Hospice version of WellSky Offline! This form functions much the same as it does in your regular Hospice application, allowing you to assess items such as the patient's pain, personal and social, psychosocial, and financial statuses. Once you've finished documenting, you can then push the form to your online HotBox within WellSky Hospice to then sign and complete

Discharge Death: The Discharge Death form is now available within the Hospice version of WellSky Offline. Update to RN Initial Assessment and Recertification: The Edmonton Symptom Assessment System (ESAS) is now available within the "Vital Signs / Diagnosis" section of the RN Initial Assessment and RN Recertification tasks

RN Recertification The RN Recertification form is now available within the Hospice version of WellSky Offline! This form functions much the same as it does in your regular Hospice application, allowing you to assess and document items such as the patient’s health status, medications and supplies, ADLs/Supportive assistance, pain, and more!
