If this app worked properly like let us save our prescriptions it would be hassle free. The pharmacy tells us it’s supposed to, we have told them countless times it doesn’t, they tell us it’s a feature that turned on for us. Other customers say it has been working and others it doesn’t. Yet no one can figure out who, or who is not right. Honestly I’m being generous with two stars because at least I can scan the bottle to submit, only if I remember to not rip the label off first.Lord I wish they would just go back to PocketRx as that was an app that worked flawlessly.

I liked this app at first and it was a big help in refilling my prescriptions but sometime in the past year or so it stopped allowing me to request a delivery. It still allows me to fill out the form, but when I hit the complete button it immediately tells me it is unable to fill that prescription. Definitely needs a bug fix, and sorry I didn’t bring it to your attention until now, but during a pandemic it’s kind of important for us to stay home as much as possible.

My pharmacy directed me to this app. I downloaded it using the bar scan to take me to the App Store. Tried my pharmacy number a hundred times. It doesn’t work. Some people at this pharmacy can get it to work. I have downloaded it and reloaded twice. Using the number pharmacy gave me and verified that this was the right number. No go.There is also. I support online. If you want to”chat” or email the company you have to ha e a “customer” account number. And I’m sure that no one evens reads and certainly doesn’t respond to one with help

I was very excited when my pharmacy said they were getting a refill app but boy was I let down. I requested refills and there is no way to look and see that the request went through or that it has been filled or any kind of status so after a day I went to pick it up only to be told it never went through! What is the point of having an app that doesn’t do what it was designed for???
